Custom built in 2008, the winery is equipped with last generation machines. We do not crush the grapes but instead cold macerate them in specially designed wide stainless steel tanks to foster a full-bodied wine. My whole reason for being in Argentina is to make wine, so my winery is inside the vineyard, right next door to my house. Ours is a «Boutique Bodega» not just because of its scale, but also because of the care we bring to our craft.
We are dedicated mainly to micro-vinification. The wine is fermented directly in new french oak barrels, aged 2 years before bottling.
